The Grants Management Intern reports directly to the Director of Administrative Services and, under his/her direction, is responsible for assisting with ongoing grants management and program support to the LAVTA Administrative Services Department. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Finance Analyst in: grant analysis and understanding; maintaining program documentation; management of program reporting databases; timely delivery of monthly and quarterly reports, and maintenance of an auditable program file archive.
