Helpful tips for a fun and safe Class Pass ride!
Have a safe trip
Please keep your students in sight and near you at all times. To make your trip a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please share the following riding tips with yours students and chaperones:
- First, get to the bus stop at least 5 minutes before your bus is scheduled to arrive.
- You can check our new WebWatch feature to check the exact time your coach arrives at your stop.
- Make sure your group is waiting in the “Safe Zone” away from the curb and street.
- When the bus pulls up, confirm that it’s the bus that you want to board by checking the head sign.
- Upon boarding, show the operator your free Class Pass and tell him/her how many riders are in your group.
- Assist your group in finding seats quickly. If you have to stand, hold onto the handrails.
- Encourage your group to observe good bus etiquette, so that all passengers can enjoy the ride.
- Watch for the stop where you need to alight and signal the operator a couple of blocks before you reach it. When possible, exit the rear door of the bus, and then move quickly into the “Safe Zone.”
Cancellation policy:
If your plans change, we will gladly re-schedule your trip for another day.
- Please call Wheels at least one day in advance to cancel your trip.
- Class Pass is valid only for the date and time issued.
